Continuing onto New Year's

Here is Mimi eating Ben's birthday cake. Adam aptly titled the photo "Dragon Lady." We all know what that's about!


And as usual, in the typically embarrassing Gerhardstein tradition, these two look WACK. what is with weird facial hair? This was the night we were at the Ely steakhouse and Jessica asked for coffee. "Decaf or regular?" asks the waitress. Jessica hesitated. "DECAF!" shouts Mimi. "Why," we ask her quizically? "FOR YOUR BREASTS!!!!!" she shouts! After a roaring laughter, she explained caffeine has been linked to breast cancer. Uh, ok.


Ahh, the joys of family walks...part of the most wonderful time spent at Ely is spent outside, walking with the family, around and on the lakes, and with a football, of course.

Let the ice croquet begin! We played a number of on lake games as I've explained. Bocci ball and ice croquet, etc.
